Paul Salvo, CEO

Paul Salvo learned the construction process from his Father by walking jobs and helping with estimate work before he even had a driver's license. When Paul was old enough to enter the workforce he learned each aspect of the job, starting as a general laborer and moving through every position at the company. Both in the field and subsequently in the office, Paul's natural desire for challenges pushed him to learn the fine details of each job his employees currently perform. When Paul was ready, his Father handed over the reins and Paul earned the role as President of the company. Since then, Paul has worked with team members, vendors and customers to modernize his Father's approach to business and make the company nimble, efficient and with a 21st century eye for age-old construction practices. While Paul believes in the value of a modern approach, he has never changed Salvo's commitment to giving the customer a great job at a fair price. Paul runs the company with that same philosophical commitment to success that has been born and bred in him from his family's roots.

Pete Pancoast, COO

Pete leads the Commercial & Residential Contracting Division of Salvo General Contracting. He has been leading the contracting team since inception over 30 years ago. Personally mentored by Mr. Salvo, he has adopted the core values of the Salvo family which are respect, fairness, and honesty in all business practices. He has helped take the division from just a small crew, to our expansive team that continues to serve the community today. Since working his way up to Chief Operating Officer, he has gained unmeasurable experience in the contracting world, spanning from a full spectrum of home remodeling projects, to a “Ground-Up'' 16,000 sq. ft. mall expansion. Pete has successfully converted thousands of square feet of commercial fit-outs for many reputable commercial franchises, property owners and property management firms. Now as C.O.O., he remains more excited and motivated than ever to be working in a progressively modern environment Mr. Salvo’s son, Paul, has created since taking over the company in 2013. Pete is a reliable, steady force that our customers, and our team can always count on.

Timothy Lamb, Site Supervisor

Tim has worked with SGC for over twenty-five years. He started as a laborer and worked his way up to Site Supervisor. There are always new challenges on the job but as a team, Tim feels they put in their best effort together. As a group working together, they deliver the best results, each and every time.
